October 1, 2002, Raisedbyaliens took part in the first Zappa Hoot Night in Austin, Texas. It's an event where bands play the music of Frank Zappa for a good cause: benefitting the American Cancer Society.

October 8, 2003, Raisedbyaliens took part in the second Zappa Hoot Night.
