Toby Dammit started working with The Residents around the end of 1990s and was flailing arms with them for about four years.  Toby is well known in music circles having played with Iggy and the Stooges, The Swans and now Nick Cave, plus many many others.  

He used a traditional rock drum-set with us at times, but more often he was commandeering an electronic percussion device that had been designed by experimental music pioneer, Don Buchlacalled a Marimba Lumina.
