Driving blues from former Mothers Of Invention drummer and the band The Mannish Boys, featuring the late harmonica master and vocalist Gary Primich.

After recording the album "Brown, Black & Blue," Jimmy Carl Black & The Mannish Boys recorded an album on their own. Prior to the album sessions, they did a live set in Austin, TX on KUT Radio's "Live Set" program. All of those performances are included on this exclusive release as bonus tracks.

The album features covers of Frank Zappa's "Big Leg Emma" and a great cover of "Stretch Pants," which JCB originally did in 1962 with The Keys.
