According to Gray (p.78), the woman that Pamela calls in Telephone Conversation on WOIIFTM is her friend, not her sister. So presumably her surname is not Zarubica, though I don't know what it is.

Note that Vicki refers to "your father", which would be a very strange way to refer to one's own father.
