"Weird Al" Yankovic's "Poodle Play" album presents a Frank Zappa inspired song called 'Genius In France'. The song is a collage of Frank Zappa tune and the intro guitar solo is played by Dweezil Zappa.

In 2008, Al's Band recorded a single in which they refer to 'Genius In France'. They also mention the bands appearance in The Simpsons.
