the beat poets
scottish band the beat poets recorded 'gimme that harp boy' and 'sun zoom spark' (van vliet) for the "fast 'n' bulbous" captain beefheart tribute album. the band was led by tom rafferty and john honeyman. they were also the people behind the primevals.
